This plot is the richest expression of the style of the house, both complex and elegant thanks to the premier cru terroir of Villers-Marmery, it is a champagne made exclusively from chardonnay from a single harvest, vintage 2019.

It spends 12 months in oak barrels and benefits from 48 months of aging in bottles for greater complexity, no sugar dosage has been added and it has a low sulphite level.
