Our Ratafia Grand Cru champagne liqueur is the perfect blend of the juice of Verzy Pinot Noir grapes and alcohol which has been cellar aged in Cognac casks for 2 years.
The result is a ruby Ratafia with pronounced red fruit and grape aromas which is perfect as an aperitif or served with orange-flesh melon, soft cheeses and pan-fried foie gras. It also goes well with desserts and can be used to make a sauce.
The most elegant of aperitifs
