Conversion to organic viticulture

Since 2004, our vines have been worked according to a philosophy inspired by organic cultivation, with plowed soils and reasoned treatments. In 2014, the estate was labeled HVE and we continued our involvement and our commitment to an ever more respectful vineyard. Thus, we began the process of obtaining AB certification in 2017 for part of the field, then the whole in 2021.”

We are reaching the end, last year of conversion to organic viticulture, we will be certified on the entire estate by the 2024 harvest.

Back on topic:
Our 16 Ouessant sheep are back in our plots to “eat” the grass and participate in the reconstitution and maintenance of a vigorous and rich ecosystem. The idea is to bring back animal life, it is good for the vines.
