Our red Coteaux Champenois is quite different from any of our other wines.
It is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Verzy and vinified according to the Burgundy method.
After two years in oak casks, it has pronounced red fruit notes and a finesse which comes from the subtle combination of humidity and the chalky soil.
It is also used to make our Rosé wines.
The perfect partner for white meats
